Order FulfillmentSupplement products are ordered and fulfilled through our professional supplement supplier. Once your order has been submitted for fulfillment, it enters their processing system and cannot be changed or modified.
Order ModificationOnce an order has been placed, it cannot be edited, changed, or modified due to the rapid fulfillment process. Please carefully review your product selection, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before completing your purchase.
Processing TimeOrders may require up to two full business days to be processed and prepared for carrier pickup. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Shipping & DeliveryEstimated delivery times may be provided during checkout and vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier, and shipping method selected. All delivery estimates are approximations and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier DelaysOnce your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our direct control. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances may result in delays.
Delivered PackagesOnce tracking information shows that an order has been delivered by the carrier, the shipment is considered delivered. We are unable to file a lost-package claim for an order that the carrier has confirmed as delivered. Please ensure that you provide a secure and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing ProductsPlease inspect your package promptly after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Please provide your name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the products and packaging, when applicable.

Claims will be reviewed and, when approved, an appropriate replacement may be arranged. In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, refunds are not provided for damaged or incorrect products when a replacement can be issued.
Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or further assistance.
Important: Please double-check your name, shipping address, apartment/unit number, product selection, and quantity before submitting your order. Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made.
All Sales Are Final — No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, digital educational content, and program access, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been fulfilled or program access has been provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a supplement product that is damaged during shipping or an incorrect product was included in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.ihealcenter@gmail.com or 510-456-8877.
Please provide your name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may arrange for a replacement of the affected product or submit a claim with the shipping carrier, when applicable.
Refunds will not be issued for damaged or incorrect products. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement of the affected product.
Requests received more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Digital Content & Program Access
Access to online recordings, educational materials, group sessions, and other digital components of The Hormone Reset Method™ is non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been provided.
Private Sessions
Any separately purchased private consultations with Dr. Reema Zereh are subject to the appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy provided at the time of booking.
